TASTING NOTES Intense ruby with brownish tones. Has an intense berry fruit and spice aroma. Nuances of fresh red fruits and toasty notes. Has a fruity, soft taste balanced with a velvety finish.
VINIFICATION The grape is crushed with total destemming, and fermentation at 26º Celsius with prolonged skin maceration. 9 months in French Oak barrels and 2 months in bottle.
Best served at 18ºC degrees Celsius.
